How Does A Condenser Work?
Dec 29, 2017

Condenser (Condenser), refrigeration system parts, belong to a kind of heat exchanger, can transfer gas or vapor into liquid, The heat in the pipe reached the air near the pipe in a very fast way. The working process of condenser is an exothermic process, So the condenser temperature is usualy high.

Power plants use many condensers to condense the steam that the turbine discharges. Condensers are used to condense ammonia, freons and other refrigerant vapour in the refrigeration plant. In petrochemical industry, condenser is used to cooling hydrocarbons and other chemical vapor. In the distillation process, a device that turns steam into a liquid is also called a condenser. All of the condensers operate by taking away the heat of the gas or vapor.

In refrigeration systems, evaporators, condensers, compressors and throttles are the four most important components of a refrigeration system, of which the evaporator is a device for conveying cold. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the cooled object to cool. Compressor is the heart, plays role of inhaling.

Compressing and transporting the refrigerant vapor. Condenser is the device that emits heat, the heat absorbed in the evaporator with the heat transferred from the compressor together transmit to the cooling medium to take away.

Throttle valve refrigerant on the role of reducing blood pressure, while controlling and regulating the amount of liquid refrigerant into the evaporator, And the system is divided into two parts of high pressure side and low pressure side.

The actual refrigeration system, in addition to the above four pieces, there are often some auxiliary equipment,

such as solenoid valves, distributors, dryers, collectors, fusible plugs, pressure controllers and other components, which is to improve the economy, reliability and securityof of operation to set.

Air conditioners can be divided into two kinds according to the form of condensation: water cooled condenser and air cooled condenser
